The process, step by step

  • Place your order.

After you decide which frame suits your flowers & style best, you can pay a deposit to secure the wedding date. You can book this here. The balance is required to be paid 1-2 weeks before the wedding.

If your wedding is soon, you can pay the whole amount now. Shop here.

  • After the wedding.

After your Big Day, we will expect you to send us your bouquet as soon as possible. Once the order is placed we will instruct you with all the details you need for shipping the bouquet to us. For best results the flowers should be at our studio not later than 3 days after the wedding. But we understand that things can get busy even after, and the bouquet might reach us later. Stay reasurred, we will make our best to dry your flowers for the perfect result.

  • Pressing the flowers.

Once the flowers arrive at the studio they will be pressed or dried on the same day. The pressing process is around 2-3 hours depending on the size of the bouquet. The flowers will need around 5-6 weeks to fully dry. This will allow for any moisture to disperse and not cause moulding in the frame.

  • Can all types of flowers be pressed?

Our aim is to include in the final arrangement all the flowers from your bouquet, and most of the time this will happen. But unfotunateley some more woody flowers, like protea rosette or poppy seed heads, are not suitable for pressing. If you chose a pressed flower style, when I receive your bouquet I will let you know if there are any flowers that can’t go in the frame. For the shadow box style, all flowers are suitable.

  • Framing your bouquet.

We will reconstruct your bouquet in the desired frame, as per the style chosen when you order. The reconstruction can take between 1-6 hours depending on the flowers.

  • Packing and shipping.

When your frame is ready, we carefully pack it and ship it to the address instructed. The package will get to you in 2-3 days after shipping. We will always email to let you know that your order is on its way.
